Når du vil se dine rejser, skal du være opmærksom på, at der går noget tid, før rejserne dukker op. I langt de fleste tilfælde bliver dine rejsedata opsamlet dagligt, men der kan være en vis forsinkelse. Med nogle busrejser kan der gå op til en uge, før data er opsamlet og registreret på selvbetjeningen. Det skyldes, at opsamlingen først sker, i det øjeblik bussen kører i garage, og bussens data bliver overført til rejsekortsystemet. Den korrekte saldo bliver dog gemt på chippen i dit rejsekort, så du kan altid få adgang til den reelle saldo på en rejsekortautomat eller et salgssted.
