The 'YO YO Endurance Test' provides an important instrument for determining the level of physical efficiency of an athlete. The physical capacity is evaluated quickly and easily by placing two cones spaced 20 meters each other. The athlete has to run at full speed from one cone to another and then return again on the first cone. This path must be repeated for six times without any break, and get the split times every time the athlete passes on the first cone. This application will track all the split time and at the end will be calculated two parameters that determine the outcome of the test. More these values are low and better will be the athlete's performance. Basically the final result is given by a mathematical formula that processes the delta between the averages of the last two split times and the first two split times and thereby the athlete's ability to maintain its maximum speed for a certain period of time. Максимальный размер паруса ограничен 12,5 для свободного катания и 10.0 для слалома, так как большие размеры не поддерживаются производителями. Уровень подготовки пока поддерживает два режима: любитель и эксперт. Режим любителя предусматривает немного меньший размер паруса по расчетной формуле, немного больший размер плавника и ограничение по водоизмещению доски (размер доски не будет меньше порога плавучести). Make the perfect start when sailboat racing, using this ISAF compliant countdown timer with sync function. The default countdown timer is the 5 minutes start sequence (ISAF 5.4.1.0), but you can change the sequence easily just by changing the countdown time to 4, 3, 2 or 1 minute. During the countdown to the start signal, alert beeps are played on the Apple Watch each minute & ‘taps on your wrist’ inform you how much time is left until the start signal (be sure to keep your screen on!) Did you miss the initial warning signal by a couple of seconds ? No problem: just use the sync function at the next warning signal and the countdown timer will synchronise with the racing committee timer. The sync function is always 'sync down' - even if you were a full minute 'late', you can sync at the next signal with a press on the sync button. Are you not sure how many minutes you are from the start signal ? Just check if the flags on the racing committee boat are corresponding with the flags on your screen. It is not necessary that your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone: the app runs natively on Apple Watch. You can even choose to install the app only on your Apple Watch. (now world-wide, reference: cableparks.info) I am a big fan of wakeboarding myself and I made this app so we can all go wakeboarding whenever we feel like it without much preparation! ;-) Things you can do: * call the cable park's phone number * open the cable park's website (in-app) * check news around you and get them pushed * create driving directions to the exact location of the park (all data is exclusively compiled for this app and is probably the most comprehensive list of cable park locations available) * core data is available offline * get weather reports * visualization of catchment area Accuracy hint: the coordinates are mapped to the exact launch point of the particular cable park. Whenever you create a route description, the "Maps" app moves the destination point to the closest postal address. That means that if you are in doubt, you should use the "Cable Parks" app for driving the last meters.
